Welcome to my blog!
My name is Emie Israel. But everybody calls me Ems. I am 39 years old with 3 kids, Johnny, Sammy and Joy; 7, 9 and 10 years old. Yes, i have a big family. This makes our home a loud, disorganized, dirty but very loving one.
My husband works in an Accounting Firm and a truly health buff. There is no day that he will not remind me to always exercise. Taking care of the kids is not considered exercise. And of course, to make it all balanced – my personal spiritual devotion is not forgotten.
So.. this is my life! And i would like to share what i have learned all through the years.
